foot pain after PF release

Question
To Whom it concerns,
My name is Heidi  and everyday I am living with exstreem pain in both my feet. I have health insurance it is medically needed, there for I am having problems with getting treated.
Currently right now I am trying to complete my externship as a Medical Assistant and Phlebotomy, but because of the pain in my feet it is making it next to impossible
to work.
November of 06 and January of 07 I had each foot have the surgery Plantar fascaitis release. I rested each foot, wore my splints as directed by my surgeon and as soon as I returned from my leave of absense from school to start my externship my pain returned, but in a different area of my feet.
My new symptoms are as follows; clicking in both achilies tendons when I walk, pulling cramp in both feet on the bottom lateral side, pain in both calfs and while working and or standing or even sitting its like my feet have a pulse all their own, pain in the balls of my feet all the time. Most days when I leave work to drive home I often feel that I can't drive because the pain is so bad.
The treatments that I received prior to surgery were rest, ice, mineral ice, heel injections- 5 in rt foot and 3 in lf foot, physical therapy for 4 weeks, orthotics, heel lifts, night splints and then surgery. Didn't help.
My surgeon tells me that there is not much else I can do but go to physical therapy, but that didn't work before when I just had the plantar fasciatis and physical therapy at St. Joseph said that they couldn't help me.
I have tried calling different places for help and with out the right kind of insurance they just won't help me, My question is can you help me or can you suggest someone that could help me. I have a spouse that is totally disabled and can't work and two children in school which they all need me in order to care for them because my spouse can't. Please write me as soon as possible, I am a real person with real pain and I need someone to help me and not to close any more doors on me.
My surgeon told me that they will not be able to take my share of cost anymore, my cost per month is $1,384.00 per month. Which unless I goto the hospital which is not a life threatening condition, I can't get help.
My new condition is now called Lateral Column Cuboid Syndrome, which from what I have found on the internet is common after the PF release. It may be common but the pain in my feet started over three years ago without the success of getting my pain to a tolerated level, so I can function in life. Write me when you can or  Thank you for reading my plight.
Sincerely

Answer
Hi Heidi,

Sorry you are having so much pain in your feet.  As far as insurance issues, I cannot help with that as this site only deals with medical issues.

Heel surgery is not always successful and cuboid syndrome may unfortunately occur.

Do you have any medical problems?  Taking any medication?  Do you smoke or drink alcohol?  How tall are you?  What is your weight?  Let's answer these questions and see if there is a way to help you.

Sincerely,
