QuestionAfter I am off my feet for awhile such as sitting or after sleeping and I get on my feet I have discomfort in my right heel area (no problem in my left foot) and I can't put my full weight down for some time. After I do walk around for say 3 or 4 minutes the pain subsides and as long as I am upright things get back to just about normal. But if I am off my feet for just a short period of time and stand back up the problem returns.
AnswerHi David,
It sounds like you have a condition known as plantar fasciitis. I would see a podiatrist for treatment. See my site for information.
