QuestionCan Cryotherapy be used if a surgery has already been done and pain, numbness, tingling is still present, think due to neuroma stump?
AnswerHi Mildred,
Yes, Cryosurgery, aka cryotherapy, can be used to treat a foot neuroma even after surgery. This may be a stump neuroma or possibly the pain may be coming from other sources. I would see an experienced cryosurgeon. In stump neuroma cases you may require several treatments.
