Hi Ken,

Cryosurgery can be very helpful for arthritis pain of the foot and ankle.  However, you will be just using a pain management technique with no other benefits.  There will be no changes to the joint and the problem will still be present.  Also you may have some numb areas.

I have helped many patients with arthritis pain using cryosurgery.
