Question
I get this throbbing, aching feeling under the nail of my right big toe.  Only the right.  It is occasional and the throbbing only lasts a couple of minutes at a time for a couple of hours.  Then it disappears completely.  It's mildly painful but quite annoying.  I was wondering if it's anything to be concerned about?  Thank you for your time.

Answer
Hi Tracey,

It is likely not a problem but if it persists I would see a dr.  There can be odd lesions beneath the nail that can be painful.
