Question
I used to do jogging, but started to get pains in my right foot. I used to feel an uncomfortable stretch at the back of my ankle and down to my big toe - which was diagnosed as Achilles Tendon. I visited a Physiotherapist 5 months ago because even a day of walking would make my ankle become uncomfortable again.

The problem now is that I am on my summer break from University. And I have now started to develop lower back problems, sometimes a pain up the right of my calve - and now the pain lies in both of my feet - it feels as though it's on the outside of my ankles. My walking just doesn't feel comfortable at all.
My dad pointed out a few months ago that I tend to walk inwards a little - and I have flat feet. Could this be the cause of my ankle problems? My foot shape is flat on the outside, but curved on the inside.

Please could you give me some advice on what/where to go from here? I have tried to book an appointment with my Doctor's but because of complications of University they have taken me off the list and said it wasn't ethical for me to get a second opinion. Is it worth me going to my local hospital?

I don't think it was just achilles tendinitis because the flexor hallucis longus tendon lies beneath the calf tendon and ends at the big toe.
You can try over the counter inserts-we have then on our online store at AnkleNFoot.com---you can get an idea.
Try a different gym shoe-ask for one that has a higher heel--maybe an inch
The best insert are prescription orthotics.
Try stretching 20 minutes before and after running and icing
If all else fails-seek a good diagnosis
I would try to find a sports medicine specialist or orthopedist.
