Question
My son has got a small round yellow raised lump on the sole of his foot just underneath his toes(looked a bit similar to a blister), it feels hard and has got no black spot in it, it is sore for him to walk on and has got an inflamed outside edge, what could it be please.

It could be a blister that popped.  If it continues to hurt I would see a doctor.  There are many other possibilities but hard to say without seeing the foot.
