Question
I was told i was healed! I had fracture 5th metatarsal, and a medial cuneiform broke. I broke my foot in Nov and i still have swelling and pain and now she writes in my paperwork that I have a neuroma. HELP

Answer
Hi Derrick,

There's not a whole lot of information to work with here.  I would see if you can get an MRI to evaluate these bones for healing.  If they are not healed or poorly healed you may need a bone stimulator.  For now I would not worry about the neuroma until the other problem is resolved.  Consider seeking a second opinion.
