Questionthe bone on the top of my right foot is swollen and hurts when i flex my foot
upwards. it will go away but then comes back. it also hurts when i walk on it. i
did not injure it. should i be icing it and putting heat on it also?
AnswerWhenever you have an acute injury, ice is always best. I feel that heat should be avoided. Apply ice throughout the day, but no more frequently than 20 minutes at a time.
All the best,
