Question
I had asked a question prior in regards to my missing toenails.I had to have my two big toenails removed due to chronic in-grown nails.I was told there was a procedure where a nail was place into the nail bed to secure a synthetic nail to the toe, do you happen to know where or who could preform this type of surgery?

Answer
This Chicago, South Loop & Elmhurst  Podiatrist of AnklenfootCenters.com says.......

Dear Jennifer
There is no surgical procedure that can attach a piece of plastic, that will wear out, to your toe permanently. You may glue trimmed fake fingernails toe your toe with a skin adhesive on your own, and replace as necessary. Make sure you give the skin a rest between nail applications.
It's safer!
Hope This Helps!
and
Good Luck!
