I compressed #c7 times. age 19 and 23 I'm now 39yrs.Can you please explain to me what is mild disc osteophte complex posterocentrally abutts the thecal sac anteriorlyv mildly means.

I'm experiencing burning in the middle of head to half down my spine,with stiffness and muscle loss left side of my neck,and thickness right side of my neck and pressure, pins and needs (short bursts)and i can feel when the swelling goes down. I feels like fluid lose

A mild disc osteophyte complex that is posterocentrally abutting the thecal sac anteriorly means you have a bone spur that is digging into your spinal cord. Most of that is technical jargon explaining where exactly this bone spur is located and where it is believed to be pressing in on your spinal cord.

This would help explain the burning pins and needles sensations, and muscle loss you are experiencing. It looks as though you have been to a Doctor already. This is a very serious situation, if it continues to worsen this can quickly become a medical emergency.
