Dear Sir,

First upon thanks.... for creating this site for getting some sort of explanation by asking you the questions.....

My problems ;

From last year i am finding my body out of shape....i have read the articles regarding the body imbalance & believe me all the symptoms of the same are their in my body structure.though this article do easily say that by correcting the upper two bones of the neck i can restore my body back to original position ,i am not quite convinced. Please let me know whether the full recovery is possible?????? What will be the period & where will i get the best treatment for the same......


Please understand my problem though i have write the few words my worry & my problem is unbearable for me....

In case of any call no of yours or any facility for video conferencing will help me out...

Thank you for your question. With the information given it sounds as though you are aware you have body imbalance. 99.9% of the time body imbalance is due to a misalignment of one or both of the upper two neck bones. This occurs due to an accident or injury often times a decade or more before your symptoms show up.

The reason correcting misalignments of the upper two neck bones can restore body balance is two fold 1. the centers that control posture are found in the brainstem (upper neck) 2. the top two neck bones are the only two bones that can misalign in 3 planes and get stuck that way. This is due to their unique shapes. This throws the head out of balance. When the head is stuck off center the righting reflex will kick in and tell your body to compensate raising a shoulder, lowering a hip, twisting, bending, rotating etc.. The spine is now unbalanced fast forward 10-20 years and you spine is degenerating due to the compensations.

Without an examination I can not tell you whether a full recovery is possible or how long it would take or even if your problem is due to an injury to your upper neck. I see you live in India there are no Upper Cervical Doctors that live in this area. The closest Doctor I know of is in Italy.
