I have a question.

I have been drinking rockstar energy drinks on a regular basis. It seems that out of all the energy drinks, Rockstar works for me. however, I have some doubts on the health aspects of the drink. I have heard rumores that taurine is bad for the heart, Being that it is one of the main ingredients in this drink i researched it and found that it works like a transporter for other vitamens, protines, and amino acids. However, do to amount put in this drink I am uncertain if to much will do more harm than good. I have not done to much more resure on any of the other ingrediants. If you have any insite on this topic, I would be very intrested to hear what you have to say
