The chiropractor I visited in California successfully treated a cushion-related
sciatic challenge.  He referred to his method as "gentle" because he did not
induce "cracking".  I have read your comments about the cause of the popping
sound. I still, nevertheless, would like to find a local "gentle" chiropractor in
Chicago.

Before I answer you, I need just a bit of clarification.  In your question, you say that you've reviewed my material regarding the noises that can occur during adjustment procedures and prefer methods that don't result in noises, hoping to find someone in Chicago who can provide this type of service.  What you didn't mention was whether you also understood the differences between the two types of chiropractic and which type you were seeking.  It would be essential for me to know that, as well.
