Thank you for your question.  

Though such terminology is not typically used within my field, let me say that, while it may be possible for someone to give you "layman's term" definition for each of these items (such as telling you that you are thought to have a problem in your neck, arm, mid-back, low back and leg, which is not terribly specific) it would be far better for you to ask the person who is using them as your diagnosis exactly what they mean or the particulars of why they were chosen.  The reason I say this is because these terms are, for the most part, somewhat generic or broad in their application and may describe a number of more specific situations.
