Question
My hands get red hot on say the thumb, index and middle finger and the other 2 fingers will be cold. It starts from the nuckles to the tips. so it is not the whole hand sometime its all fingers. I have asked a Dr. before and they cant explain unless they see it for themselves. I cant just make it happen for them.

There is a high chance that you have an Upper Cervical Subluxation that is disrupting nerve flow between your brain and your fingers.  The only way to know for sure is to do some tests on you and find out.  We can tell in only 1 day what is causing your problem or your first visit is free.
