I was releast to go back to work with no limitations or restrictions my leg and  all my toes are still numb and have no grip and on narcotic pain pills from dr.shoals in hunts.al and never had a test done to see what i can do ,i just hope when i drive a big rig i dont kill no one what can i do,be fore i return to driving?i hade a fusion done.

Although I am not a physician or a lawyer, the numbness in your toes, your lack of grip, and taking narcotic medications for pain certainly seems inappropriate for driving a big rig.  

It actually sounds dangerous and I can tell you that I would not want to be on the highway with anyone who couldn't feel their toes, had no grip, and was on narcotics while driving a semi.

Although your doctor knows the details of your case far better than I do and has the best information for making these decisions, I would get a second opinion before potentially endangering your life and the lives of other drivers and their families.
