QuestionMy MRI impression reads as follows:
Disc protrusion with facet & ligamentous hypertropy at L4-L5 level. This results in a moderate canal stenosis.
Mild to moderate canal stenosis at L3-L4 by facet and ligamentous hypertrophy.
I did not have this back pain until I fell on my hands and knees very hard.
I get pain bilaterally in the upper thighs when I get up from a chair or from a bed. I also have pain when I get up from a bed or chair in my lower back.
Is there something that can be done non-sugically or do I need surgery.
AnswerSure is Ginnie, and it's even proven in clinical trials and FDA certified!
