AnswerHello Balraj,
Toronto Spinal Decompression patients have asked me similar questions regarding MRI results and looking for guidance what to do next. Thank you for your question.
As to you suggesting your best course of action I would like firstly to know what are your symptoms. If you are suffering serious back pain and/or possibly including sciatica travelling down one or both of your legs then I recommend you see a doctor who offers non-surgical spinal decompression swiftly. Please keep in mind that there are specific contraindications/circumstances which render certain people ineligible to undergo this procedure. Some of these contraindications include, complete laminectomy, advanced osteoporosis, unstable spondylolisthesis (grade 2 to grade 3), spinal cancer, spinal fusion, ankylosing spondylitis, pregnancy, and more. You should discuss this with your doctor. Also, if you have also experienced loss in bladder control that means that your condition is serious and likely advancing. You should discuss this with your doctor as well.
In all I suggest that you take swift action with your doctor. Patients who are good candidates for this care have experienced excellent success with non-surgical spinal decompression in our office, to the extent we have patients who come to us from all over the globe, not only patients from Toronto Spinal Decompression.
Hope this helps you. Would you kindly keep me up to date and please rate my response when you have read this.
I truly hope you get better quickly,
Dr. Ron Nusbaum
