I am 35 years aged married women have one son of 11years I have regular backpain problem I have take out spinal xray and reports are as under I wanted to know the treatments for the same
1) LOSS OF LUMBAR LORDOSIS IS SEEN S-O PARASPINAL MUSCLE SPASM
2) PARTIAL SACRALIZATION OF THE L-5 VERTEBRA IS SEEN
3) THE L-5 & S-1 INTER VERTEBRAL DISC SPACE IS REDUCE AND S/O DISC DEGENERTION.

PLEASE ADVICE ME FOR ABOVE MENTIONED DECEASE I HAVE UNBEARABLE PAIN

Hello Nitu, and thanks for sharing your question with me. The information you have shared with me is valuable, in particular to note is the disc degeneration. Unfortunately these are x-ray results in the absence of any physical examination results. In order to give you valuable advice I would require the following:
Historical information regarding when your pain began, where your pain is, what it feels like to you, examination findings as well as any other relevant information.

My short term advice is find yourself a knowledgeable doctor and have him or her perform a thorough assessment and then share that information with me.
