Exerglide   Hi Ron
I am a 53 year old  bus driver. So far I have avoided any back or neck issues which are the most common workplace injury here. Unlike most other driver I stretch and work out.
I was thinking of buying this piece of exercise equipment. It looks like it might be good for my back. What do you think?

Thanks for taking the time to write to me. Wow, you are the first person to actually send me a photo of the equipment your are speaking about. I get regular enquiries but not necessarily knowing what the equipment is. Sorry to say that after about 15 minutes of searching the web for you so that I can actually know precisely what this machine can do and what, if any concerns I may have I couldn't find a single result that would point me to the manufacturer. What I did see however is that there are a heck of a lot of people trying to sell them!  If you can tell me what you wish to achieve with a piece of equipment I might be able to make a recommendation for you.
