Answer
Spinal Decompression Toronto Patients present with these kinds of symptoms daily to my clinic Back Clinics of Canada. Laveena, my heart goes out to you and to your mother.  Please accept my sincere wishes that your mother gets well fast and ends her suffering. As always I tell people like yourself that it is not possible to diagnose over the internet. Having said that it appears by the details of her MRI that likely her pain my stem from the combination of disc degeneration as well as disc bulge. I have to ask what the radiologist meant by a pseudo disc bulge?  I would have another specialist examine her and read the MRI as well. Grade 1 anterolisthesis don't usually account for these kinds of pains.

As far as treatment is concerned and If she did not have any of the contra indications for Class IV Laser and non surgical spinal decompression I would suggest that she jump on a plane and see someone immediately who offers the combination of Class IV Laser Non surgical Spinal Decompression as well as Nutritional Supplements like Disc Renewal Plus. We created this protocol and it is called The High Performance Healing System.

You can learn more about this protocol by going to www.backclinicsofcanada.ca

In the mean time try to get her to refrain from bending at the waist. She should try to sleep on her back or on her side with a pillow underneath her knees or between them as the case may be.

Laveena can you please take a moment out of your schedule and consider to rate my answer and nominate me as expert of the week/month

I wish you and your mother well.
Sincerely,
Dr. Ron Nusbaum
