Can you please re-send your question. The way it's written I can't understand what you're asking me.
If you're enquiring if a woman who has a Foley Catheter can undergo non-surgical decompression then I will need more information. It will be helpful to know why she requires the Foley Catheter and if her physician has suggested the decompression. Also what is her diagnosis that you may think that Spinal Decompression is appropriate for her? Does she currently use a Foley Catheter and for how long?
