My toilet is all ways to soft, what can I do to make it more hard . I eat the same things as my wife but she says her toilet is normal . Is my toilet like this because my neck is broken at C8 and have to use a wheel chair ?.

Thanks so much for your question.

Unfortunately, most spinal cord injuries have either problems with stools that are too loose or constipation.

My suggestion is to eat a balanced diet with plenty of fiber. Although loose stools can be embarrassing, constipation can lead to serious health problems.
