Question
I have multiple bulging neck discs the worst being at C5-6 and C6-7 causing narrowing of the nerve foramina. Injury was 20 yrs ago but now having muscle fasiculations in right arm( biceps, triceps,deltoids etc causing a heavinees feeling in my arm which is "driving me crazy". Went to neurologist who thinks it may or may not be related. Your opinion.......?

Because the current problem is so far removed in time from the injury, it's almost impossible to say with any certainty that they're related.  However, it would not be unusual to have old injuries result in different symptoms later in life.  Sometimes, it is the accumulation of the years of the muscles compensating and guarding the original injury.
