i have recently been in a motorcycle accident and bounced off of a rock in my lower to mid back and i haven't been able to go to the doctor yet. I'm having a hard time sitting up/bending over and I've been taking hydro-codeine for the pain. do you think thee might be a chance i have a severe spine injury?

While your aches and pains might be just muscle tension and bruising, it is important to get to a doctor to rule out any fractured vertebra.  An untreated fracture can lead to serious problems such as paralysis.
