hi I had an accident and it left me with t2 and t3 spinal injury. it was about 2.5 years ago.now I have sever spasm in my legs and back. please guide me to decrease spasm. is it good or not?

spasms are good and bad. they have knocked me out of my chair before, but they also keep some muscle tone in your legs and back.

If you feel they are causing you more harm than good, there are medicines that will lessen the spasticity (baclofen is a common one). these medicines also tend to make you kind of like a zombie though, at least at first.

if you would like to try the medicine, your doctor can recommend one to suit you.
