Hello I am a 41 year old lady with a spinal cord injury since 2001. Recently I have been feeling the urge to want to make love. I have met a young man that I am interested in but am afraid to go the next step for the simply reason that I wear a Foley catheter and don't know how I can.

FYI, The urethra and the vagina are separate openings. So you can tape the catheter tube to your thigh or abdomen to keep it out of the way. And I suggest you use some type of water based lubrication; like KY Jelly.
