So unless I have had liver failure, there is no possible brain damage? Is liver failure noticeable?
Do you think 2 tylenol PMs daily for 4 months can cause this?

Tyleno toxicity causes Liver damage and eventually Liver failure could lead to brain damage, but
it's the Liver failure itslf that can kill.

Hi again,

Liver failure is very noticeable - you'd be very sick and you'd probably be yellow.

If you are an avergae healthy person, two Tylenols a day won't hurt you, but of course you never want to take any medication unless it's necessary.
