QuestionHello. I have had shortness of breath for 2 weeks. Went to the dr., chest x-ray, bloodwork, all came back fine. She put me on albuterol & prednisone to help clear my lungs. Took spirometer test, was very low. Last night around 9 p.m. I was sitting on the couch and felt sudden upper right chest pain that radiates to my right, upper back/shoulder blade area. Pain was a 10 on a scale of 1-10. Husband rushed me to the ER. They did bloodwork, EKG, APG (?), chest x-rays. All were normal and sent me home. The pain has eased off some, but is still there. THe pain is ok when I am still, but when I move anything on my right side of my body the pain comes back. Any ideas on what this could be?

Sorry to hear of your difficulty. I imagine it must be frightening, but be at ease.
