Question
I have had this pain by my lower right stomach for about 3 days now. when i sit down i feel it the most. i have loss my appetite but its coming back a little now. i doubt it is my stomach.

Your symptoms are too general and could be many things - you really should go see your doctor and get examined. It could be muscular, or it could be internal.
