I am 24, Male, currently studying economics. I am a smoker and i smoke a packet of ciggerates per day. It磗 been around 20 days that i am having pain in my right chest. In between these days around 5 times my heart beat was beating so fast that i can feel it myself and i feel weak and shaky. I`ve went through some information in Internet and i found out that it could be the reason of Heart burn or heart attack. But i am not sure what it is? So please help me try to find what could be the reason for this.
