After sometimes the finger becomes okay and will no longer be stiff. Please help me. I am a student and am worried as I have to use my index finger.
AnswerHi, John,
Conditions like that typically come from a previous injury or from overuse, as in gripping actions.
There is a brain-muscle training maneuver in one of my programs that frees hands, wrists and fingers from such cramps.
