i feel pain in my hips both sides(at a concentrated point)only.how can this be treated?my age is 21 years.plz suggest.
AnswerDear Sunil,
The schmorl's nodes may be contributing to your low back pain. As years go by, the hip may compensate by taking over more stress and pressure due to the pain of the low back. If the muscles are tight, try massaging or rubbing the low back and hip muslces to relax them. Also stretching of the muscles can also help. Chiropractic adjustment may also help if there are restrictions in the low back and hips.
