The short and simple answer is "No".

Anodyne therapy uses only one wavelength (890nm) of Infrared light which cannot been seen but penetrates our tissues up to 5cm. Some studies show regualr heat can increase circulation by 40% whereas Infrared Waves can increase circulation by 400%
