QuestionIn 2005 I have discovered small pea size lump in my right side groin area. Then in 2006 and 2007 had biopsies that shows inflamed tissue with no lymph node identified. My surgeon could not give me any exact diagnosis instead in the pathology results I have read : ,,organised haematoma...lymph node?,,. Now after being working extra 20 hours for 10 months I have started experiencing a lots of pain in operated groin area, at night it even could make me scream. I am taking anti inflammatory - Decloflex and sometimes Dihydrocodeine pills. Currently not working for 2,5 months, as my lymph node again under investigation and I am in a lot of pain. I need to know please, what could cause this sort of lump in the first place, doctors cannot give clear answer. Could stress, or lifting heavy objects cause development of the lump? Earlier I had HSG ( Hysterosalpingogram )procedure. Can it have any connection to development of my lump (lymph node in groin)???
Thank you
AnswerHi Olga,
Your condition sounds quite complicated. There are lot of issues to consider and the best results to indicate would be from lab tests.
However, all the procedures you've gone through may have contributed to your ailment. Other than that, I may not be much of help to you without being part of the treatment team.
