QuestionI am 14 turning 15 January of 2010 and i have been dealing with back pain's recently during and after skateboarding. I know for a fact that it is not this I lifted weights hunched over because standing would hurt and the pain continued while i lean. I have never fallen or had any back related injuries except for now. Once again i am sure its not the weight lifting I have been lifting weights since 13 and no back pain any help will be greatly appreciated
AnswerHi, Cristian,
I'm not sure I understand your comment on weights, so I'll answer as best I can:
If you're lifting weights hunched over, you're setting the stage for back pain.
The question is, why would standing hurt?
Usually, it's because of tight, sore muscles -- either from bad conditioning or from some sort of injury.
