Hi!!
I am a girl of 24 yrs having severe pain in my neck, at the back of my ears and sharp pain at the top of my head. my eyesight is also week..n feel like going to faint any moment sometimes..m really unable to figure out what kind of problem it is..n really thankful if you can help me out...

Your symptoms sound like neck muscles in spasm.  Did you have a neck injury?

Vision is affected by tension at the base of the head.  Headaches and dizziness result from tight muscles at the sides of the neck.

As you are in India, your best option to clear up the condition is somatic exercises.
