Dear dr. C: i have a swollen jaw an i think i might have the munps.  Or the measles beginning stages i have a ear ache on left ear and cant open mouth it hurts an hurts whe in i swollow. What do i do? I am a young female adult.

You need to be seem by your family practitioner.  If you don't have a doctor go to a walkin clinic.  The health department may be an option to you if you have no coverage and no money.  I encourage you to be seen as soon as you can.  I have no way of knowing how old you are but if you are an adult and were never vaccinated against measles or had measles they can be a bigger problem than they are for children.
