Question
I have pain at my sternocleidomastoid when I move my neck. It's driving me nuts. The problem is that I can't figure out if it's a strain or not.

I need a little more info please. Have you pulled or injured the area lately? Have you pulled the muscles in your neck recently? Any injury at all, any exercises  lately? If you provide me with a little history I'll be better equipped to help
