Hi.. i am a male of 19 years..i hv a major problm with my back. i feel severe pain in the left side of back in the mid of the back length, espacially in the early morning. i dont use drugs nor i m addicted to any alcoholism. i have taken 4 painkiller for 4 days nd 1 tablet of calcium of 500mg for 15 days myself from which i feel relief but i am afraid as i will end taking those tablets pain will reoccur..plz help me

Most back pain comes from muscular contractions in the back (back spasm).  Painkillers and calcium supplements completely miss the mark.  There's a better way to end back pain.
