I am the TOPSoccer coordinator for Colorado.  TOPS is The Outreach Program for Soccer, an official program of US Youth Soccer.  TOPS strives to provide the same soccer learning environment to special needs children as is available to all children, tailored for children with either physical or mental special needs.  

I will be hosting a TOPS national symposium in April which will be attended by US Youth Soccer coordinators from all over the country, and I am looking for a speaker in the adaptive PE area and other areas related to disabilities (with an emphasis on sports), and was wondering if you could put me in contact with someone in the Rocky Mountain area?  Also, where can I go to see who the leaders are in this field, or perhaps you can point me in the proper direction?

Hi.  I don't know anyone from that area nor do I know anyone who can speak on that topic. Have you tried to contact an "Expert" on this site in the Sports category or maybe Sports Medicine?  Maybe someone there can help you better than I can.  Sorry I couldn't point you to someone.
