Dear Colleen,
I don't know if you can help me or not.  My family is trying to find a wheelchair for my aunt who is obese.  She is able to walk but falls frequently and has already broken her hip before.  We are trying to find an organization that sells or donates used wheelchairs.  Would you have any suggestions?

I am sorry for the late response.  The email that they send to let me know that you had a question, did not get to me.  I received another question and realized yours was here.  As for organizations, I would check with Easter Seals, your states Social Services Dept. and with some of your local churches.  They are hard to find, because they can be so expensive.  Good luck in your searching.  And again, I am sorry for the late response.
