I am a father of 5 yrs. old cp baby . spastic in natures with high muscles stiffness specially in arms. Despite continues 3 yrs. of physiotherapy the outcome is not very encouraging.

I am finding very difficult in Pakistan to have a facility where could i get complete guidance as well as equipment and facilities helping my child to sit and move, as she is not able to sit at her own and feed herself.

Please advise me where to contact in UK about my baby helping eqpt.

I do not know anything about facilities in the UK that can help, and have little personal experience with young children, but I can offer an idea to try.

The first is a book- "Creative Construction" by Molly Campbell, [email protected]. This book has several techniques and ideas for making adaptive seating and equipment inexpensively from fairly common supplies.
