Question - i live in parnell, about 20 miles from iowa city.
i live in iowa. i have a four year old who has behavior problems. my question is, my son has tried to strangle his brother, and im afraid it is only going to get worst. i ve tried to get help but im told hes only four theres nothing to worry about, this is only one of many problems and things he has done to himself and others. what can i do to help.

There are agencies that provide child health services in all 99 counties for children and youth ages 0 to 21. The child health clinics provide the following screening services that include developmental assessment and psychosocial screening. The clinic coordinator works with families to ensure that children needing follow-up as the result of a screen receive the recommended diagnostic and treatment services.
