yes i have type two diabetes i take insulin  i was suppended for 3 days for going to the bathroom to much my boss SAID can this be allowed

Answer
This is an employment law violation.  Your employer cannot deny you a reasonable accommodation.  Reasonable being that it will not have an undue impact on the performance of the duties you perform.  If you are still able to perform the duties of your job and work product then they have no right to take action against you.  I am not an attorney in your state and recommend you get a consultation with one but I would recommend that you get a note from your doctor explaining that you have a disability and asking for the accommodation allowing you to use the bathroom facilities as much as needed due to your disability and any other accommodations your condition calls for.
