Are we entitled to a disability car sticker or any disability help as my joints are degenerating as I age and am finding some days extremely difficult (age 37 years, diagnosed aged 13 years), Thank you x

EDS can be a reason to get a disability plate/placard if your symptoms warrant it.  EDS by itself doesn't necessarily automatically mean you are eligible for a placard because symptoms can vary widely from person to person.  

To get a disability plate/placard, you need to pick up an application form from your state department of motor vehicles.  Then you take the application to your doctor.  If your doctor believes your symptoms warrant it, he or she will sign off on the form, which you would then take to the DMV to get your plate/placard.
