I am suffering from chilliness on my hands and feets.Whenever I wash my hand it becomes so cold that I am forced to wrap them with towel or cloth in order to make my hands warm.Now it is becoming more and more perilous as the coldness remains for longer duration while I am feeling pain on my palms due to cold and that is only because of washing them or after taking a bath.

Sometimes I feel that my number of days in this world are reducing but Alhamdulillah I have faith in ALLAH (Almighty) that I will live long through supplications.

However, if you, O my brother, can help me then please help.

Cold hands/feet can be related to circulatory issues, side effects of certain medication, Raynaud's disease, certain nutritional deficiencies, Thyroid disorders and more.  There are so many potential causes that it is important to determine and treat the cause more than the symptom.  Talk to your doctor about your symptoms as it could be an indication of something else going on.
