Question
Hello again: I asked you a question before.  While using the hockey ball on my sorry crack (hip), I believe my hip moved back into place. The ball was right on the edge of my right hip, and I felt something move deep inside.  Unfortunately, I go numb when it moves out of place, but I feel great when it sits in place. I had a bad fall, and I think I accidently damaged a muscle in this hip.  Do you know an exercise that will strengthen the muscles around my hip. Before I moved this hip, I was unable to engage my glute on the bad side, and when the hip is in place my glute feels fine. I am a guy, and my pundendal nerve is one of the nerves that is being compressed by my hip, I am not trying to be weird, but i can feel it in my privates right away when my hip goes into place.

Answer
Hello Barrie,

Good question, it's a common question as well.  In my experience, most of the time you do not need to "strengthen" muscles, but you need to release the muscles so they can then function properly.  Releasing them makes them "functionally stronger."
The fact that you feel it your privates is a great clue as to where you need to work to keep  your pelvis balanced.
If you've been through my Hip Pain Relief videos,
http://www.do-it-yourself-joint-pain-relief.com/hip-pain-relief.html
and feel like you've gotten most of those muscle groups released,
it's time now to do the Testicle Pain Relief videos,
http://www.do-it-yourself-joint-pain-relief.com/testicle-pain-relief.html
I think if you focus on the lower hip muscles in particular you might find
and release the final piece to both keep your hip in place and stop your testicle pain.

I do hope this proves helpful.

All the best,
Gary Crowley
