'Prevention' - Rather than full analysis & necessary adjustments, can I ask about some preferred body motions and discouraged standing/bending. Ex. When I am moving around, such as wrestling with my toddler or just moving groceries out of a car trunk... Can you refer me to a source - training info, etc that talks about the vulnerable body parts and how to avoid damage therein?
AnswerActually adjustments are inferior compared to the strengthening and flexibility exercises you talk about because adjustments just give temporary pain relief but don't address the underlying problem. I haven't been trained in this area so I am going to refer you to the physical therapists at www.rehabedge.com for information. Please register there and post your question in their "Open Topics" forum. I believe it would pertain to neutral position stabilization and flexibility.
